The Department of Urology is pleased to announce that E. Jason Abel, MD, FACSis the 2018 recipient of the Gold Cystoscope from the American Urological Association! The Gold Cystoscope Award is presented annually to one urologist distinguished by outstanding contributions to the profession within ten years of completing residency.
Dr. Abel has been on our staff since 2010, and he has built an outstanding clinical and academic program in kidney cancer. This recognition of one of our own is substantial in the field, and we are extremely proud and happy for Jason. The award will be presented to Dr. Abel in May at the AUA Annual Meeting in San Francisco.
