The Blue Tie Bash raises awareness and funds for urologic cancers and men’s health. An evening of exquisite food, cocktails, live jazz, auctions, and high-energy culinary entertainment, the event also brings a spirited focus to the color blue, the emblem of a campaign to bring awareness to the research and prevention of men’s cancers. Proceeds from the event go to the Wisconsin Urologic Research Institute Fund, which supports research done in the UW Department of Urology.
Last year, in addition to supporting urologic cancers and men’s health, guests enjoyed:
- Cocktails with friends while browsing our silent auction
- An expertly prepared gourmet dinner infused with tropical flavors
- A “Culinary Concert” featuring PBS Chef Christy Rost and top Puerto Rican Chef, Lorraine Colón
- Music from Madison’s All That Jazz Quartet
