Clinical Specialties


Dr. Williams is a board certified urologist who specializes in all aspects of male infertility including microsurgical vasectomy reversal (vasovasostomy and the more complex vasoepididymostomy), microsurgical varicocelectomy, sperm procurement techniques and cryopreservation, transurethral resection of the ejaculatory duct, electroejaculation, and treatment of testicular failure and male hypogonadism (testosterone deficiency). In addition, his work in general urology includes medical and surgical treatments of erectile dysfunction; Peyronie’s disease; diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (including laser treatment for BPH); and microsurgical denervation of the spermatic cord for scrotal content pain. Dr. Williams also performs vasectomies.

Research Interests

Dr. Williams’ research interests in male infertility include the preservation of fertility in men with cancer, the effects of advanced paternal age and the environment on male reproductive potential, and clinical outcomes of male reproductive tract reconstructions.
