July 2023 – Congratulations to Drs Miko Filon, Bing Yang and Tanaya Purohit, and the team for this first in field work to identify increased histone acetylation activity from circulating tumor cells in a subset of patients with advanced hormone-resistant prostate cancer. This personalized medicine approach will permit the targeted treatment of patients with the new generation of p300/CBP inhibitors being developed.
