Interested students are required to submit an application which will include the following:
- A 500-word or less personal statement describing how you meet the eligibility criteria and telling us why you would like to do a sub-internship at the University of Wisconsin Department of Urology.
- Curriculum vitae
Note: Students receiving a scholarship will be required to apply as visiting students through the UW School of Medicine and Public Health VSLO.
The Medical Student Education Office in the UW Department of Urology will work with the recipient to identify a four-week period for the elective that fits the availability of the program.
Scholarship monies will be issued upon arrival.
