Blue Tie Bash raises funds for urologic cancer research

The Department of Urology recently held their annual dinner event, Blue Tie Bash, which raises funds for urologic cancer research and raises awareness about this important men’s health issue. The event was co-hosted by public television chef Christy Rost, whose family has been affected by urologic cancer. Attendees championed the color blue as a symbol of men’s health awareness. It was an evening of high-energy culinary entertainment, and the Department is already looking forward to next year’s Bash. Thanks to Christy Rost for her support.
