In a new publication in Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry¸ UW O’Brien Center researchers and collaborators describe a systematic comparison of porous graphitic carbon chromatography versus standard reverse phase liquid chromatography in high-throughput bottom-up glycoproteomic experiments and demonstrate that PCG enables pronounced benefits in proteomic and glycoproteomic analysis, providing a means toward facile, high-throughput characterization.
