In a new publication in the Journals of Gerontology, Dr. William Ricke (UW O’Brien Center Director), Dr. Teresa Liu (Ricke Lab K12 Scholar), and Ricke Lab PhD candidate Alexis Adrian study the issue of mitochondrial dysfunction and its impact on the pathological features of BPH. For this study, aged mice were treated with oleic acid to examine its effects on urinary dysfunction.
