The American Urological Association (AUA) Annual Meeting took place Friday, April 28 through Monday, May 1, in Chicago, Illinois. Now in its 118th year, the AUA Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of urologists in the world, providing opportunities to share cutting-edge research and exciting innovations in the field.
University of Wisconsin Department of Urology faculty, residents, and fellows participated in courses, lectures, forums, and panel presentations throughout the four-day conference. In addition, 30 abstracts from our team were accepted by the AUA and presented at the meeting.
We are also proud to note that this year’s meeting saw UW Urology Chair Dr. Stephen Nakada formally presented as AUA President-Elect for 2023-2024.
